新山口駅近くでランチタイム。昔小郡、今は新山口。個人的には小郡がイメージしやすいです。
ランチは駅前のご当地グルメが食べられるこちら。評点も高めですし、他のグルメサイトでは一押しなので期待大での訪問。
やはりご当地グルメをいただきたいですね。そんなことで瓦そばをお願いします。瓦そばセットで、お値段は少し高めの2035円。
瓦そばに天婦羅そして茶碗蒸しがセット。他に小鉢も付いますのでこれで2000円は妥当でしょう。豪華ランチになります。
瓦そばは熱した瓦に茶蕎麦が盛り付けられ、錦糸玉子や牛肉が盛り付けられ、それをつけ蕎麦ようにいただきます。
甘めのツユ、蕎麦は焼いたところがカリッとボソッと。正直うまくない。こんなもんでしょうか。東京で食べた瓦そばの方が遥かに美味しいかも。他は普通に美味しくいただきました。ちょっとご当地グルメ残念。
