新山口駅から徒歩5,6分程度の場所に一軒家の和菓子も販売しているお蕎麦屋さんがありお訪ねしました。
店名は近くの川の名前からとったようで、ふしの屋と言います。
割子(上)三段を注文しました。
割子は出雲地方の重箱のようなモノを言い、そして、実の殻からの黒挽き蕎麦が特徴と思います。
やっぱり割子は何回か味の異なるおそばが食べられ、少しお得感があります。
上の段はとろろ、刻み海苔、紅葉おろし、ネギ
中段は茄子の天ぷら2個、刻み海苔、紅葉おろし、ネギ
下段は錦糸たまご、刻み海苔、紅葉おろし、ネギ
黒い蕎麦は田舎蕎麦で、少しボソボソした感じ甘みがありました。
人気店のようですが、14時半頃にお訪ねしましたので、待ち時間なく入店できラッキーでしたし、感じの良い店員さんのご対応も嬉しく思いました！
