久々にうなぎが食べたいと山口市をさまよっていると目に付いたお店です。
天婦羅と書いてありますが、その下にうなぎとも書いてます。
メニューを見て迷わず“うな丼！”と言ったのですが、周りのお客さんは、天丼ばかり・・・。
そういえばメニューを見る前に店員さんが“天婦羅は混んでますので少し時間がかかります”って言ってました。
他のお客さんの出来上がった天丼を見ると、天婦羅が大盛りの立派な天丼でした。
初志貫徹した私のうなぎ丼。
関西風の腹開きの照り焼きです。
ツユは少々辛い・・・です。（甘みが少なかった）
＠１４００円で２切れ入ってましたが、もう一切れくらいごはんに埋まっていれば良かったかな～と思いました。
うな丼としては少々高めです。
今度は天丼（＠１０００円）を食べてみよう！
