子供の頃 炉端焼きに行った時
カウンターの真ん中に厨房があり 長いしゃもじみたいなもので料理の提供をしていたので
炉端焼きって そういうイメージでした(笑)
店内からは厨房は見えず普通の居酒...
今宵は山口・湯田温泉。
もう何回も訪れている地であるが、
翌日朝からの仕事に向けて、
決まって夜遅く宿泊するのである。
晩飯を取るところを探すことに。
