Our restaurant is located in front of Yudaonsen Station in Yamaguchi City and specializes in charcoal Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). We use domestic binchotan charcoal!
We use mainly Choshu chicken from Yamaguchi Prefecture and other domestic ingredients, carefully charcoal-grilled with our original blend of salt and secret sauce. Please enjoy the authentic taste.
