友人が予約してからの訪問でした。
料理はコースで4000円
刺身盛合せ・サラダ・筍とイカの木の芽和え・クジラベーコンが最初に出て
白菜とむつみ豚の蒸し鍋。
豚の旨味が出て美味しい出汁が出ていました。
見蘭牛の陶板焼き・天麩羅で
鯛飯・味噌汁・香の物でした。
ボリュームがあり 鯛飯も美味しかったです。
地酒で貴を呑みましたが 開栓から時間が経っていたようで 雄町の風味やコクやキレがなく 新酒は薬品臭くなっていて いつも呑んでるものとは全く違っていました。
日本酒の管理もきちんとされていれば高評価だっただけに残念です。
