春来軒のあんかけ焼きそばと、この鉄板焼きそばが二大ソウルフードらしい。
普通の焼きそばを鉄皿で焼いて、鉄に接してるところが焦げてカリカリになっていて、美味。

山口市にかつて『ダイエー』があった時にそのダイエーの1Fの喫茶コーナーで提供されていたものだそうです。
残念ながらその当時の味は記憶には無...
少し変わった味の美味しい老舗焼きそば
ケチャップのような香りと紅しょうがが効いてる
卵を潰して熱々の鉄板の上で食べるのが美味しい
次気になるのは⇒カルボナーラの鉄板焼き
ダイエー時代の幼稚園のころから大好きです。ここの焼きそば。もう40年以上もこれ以上の焼きそばには出会えません。たぶんこれからも出会えないと思う。

店内に入ると大きな音で歌謡曲が流れていました（苦笑）
何処に座ろうか迷っていたら お店のママが「何処でもいいですよぉ〜」と。
明るい感じのお店です（笑）...
昼時に寄りました。8人くらいのお客さんのほとんどが鉄板焼そばを食べており、メニューにも「おすすめ、当店オリジナル」とあったので、自分も鉄板焼そばにしました。
