Uotami Shin-Yamaguchi Shinkansenguchi Ekimae Branch is located in front of Shin-Yamaguchi Station in Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. In Yamaguchi Prefecture, there are four Shinkansen stations: Tokuyama Station, Shin-Yamaguchi Station, Asa Station, and Shin-Shimonoseki Station from the east. When using the Shinkansen, there are only a limited number of trains that stop here, which is surprisingly inconvenient (lol). Although it is the prefectural capital, the station used to feel deserted, but recently the area around the rotary has finally been renovated. I ordered this for takeaway. ● Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Bibimbap Bowl 350 yen It will take a while...so I returned to the station while waiting. I killed some time by buying Shinkansen tickets to use at a later date, and when I returned to the store, it was already ready. When I took it home and looked at it, I noticed that the amount of rice was smaller than other restaurants. The amount of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is reasonable. The taste is as good as any other store♪ The compatibility with beer is also outstanding! Lately, we have seen many fish-based businesses closing their doors, and the situation is dire everywhere. I still can't see the future...
