コース料理のイメージが強くて中々行きそびれていたお店ですが～一品料理も充実していました。
お正月明けて日が経ってなかったのか新年の曲が流れていてお店の方は着物姿でした。
初めて伺ったので普段はどうなのかは不明です(;^ω^)
★お通し
お通しはめでたい紅白なますで上品な味付けでさっぱりしていました。
★お刺身の盛り合わせ
サザエ、よこわ？、鯛、サヨリ、ヒラマサ、寒ブリ、車エビ、あこう？
だったと思いますw
サヨリの姿釣りなどで盛り付けが素敵です。
★握りずし
穴子の白焼き以外はお刺身とほぼ同じお魚が握りになっていますw
さよりは網代にして握られていました(*'ω'*)
★山口県長萩和牛の炙り焼き
上質な長萩和牛は柔らかく口の中でとろける感じで美味しかったです。
添えられた焼き野菜も新鮮でイイです。
★天ぷら盛り合わせ
ぷりっぷりの海老がさっくりと揚げられていました。
★山芋とろとろだし巻き
山芋が加えられたダシ巻き玉子はとろっとろふわふわでお上品な味付けのお出汁に漬かっていました。
