新山口駅の北口から徒歩５分弱。
大きな駐車場もあるお寿司屋さんです。
店構えから敷居が高そうですが良い意味でそんな事はありませんでした。
入口で履物をお脱ぎください。
店内はカウンター３席とテーブルがいくつか、個室もあります。
昼時の入店はたくさんのお客さんで賑わっていました。
●上にぎり（2,750円）
10貫のにぎりです。
出されたときに下記の２貫は説明があったので当日の良いタネだったのかな。
・ブリのハラミ
たっぷり脂が乗って適度な歯応え。美味い。
・ヒメガイ
初めて見る貝です。調べたら一般名詞はスダレガイ。
魚介のことならココで調べろでおなじみ「ぼうずコンニャク」さんのサイトによれば山口県宇部市で採れたものしか流通していないそう。
これはレア物ご当地ネタですね。
磯の香り強めの貝でした。
あとはイクラがしっかり浸かってパンパンの食感で美味しかったな。
最後に水菓子とお茶が出ます。
お茶は緑茶、コーヒー、紅茶から選べて、たまには紅茶をば。
