This was my first time at Kappa Sushi. It's located along the prefectural road in front of Ishin Park in Yamaguchi City. There is a large parking lot, so it's perfect for coming by car. When you enter the store, you first register at the machine. Since it was a holiday, I waited about 10 minutes until my number was called and I sat at the counter. The Sushi doesn't rotate, all you order on the touch panel and it comes out. The store is also nice and clean! I had salmon roe, tuna, raw salmon, etc., and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The rice is also small, so you can eat it quickly. Also, all Sushi is served in one piece, so it's good for people who want to eat a small amount. I also had Ebisoba Ichigen's Shrimp Salt Soba to finish off the meal, which was very delicious.
