Harusa means "farmer" or "person who works in the fields" in Okinawa. We put down roots in the city of Yamaguchi like farmers who work with their feet on the ground, and use ingredients from Yamaguchi
.... We cook with a free spirit like the Ryukyu Dynasty, which prospered through trade, not liking fighting but having a challenging spirit. We vowed to cherish these two things and named our restaurant "Harusaa Modern Japanese". Japanese Japanese-style meal in a broad sense. We incorporate nuances of Local Cuisine such as traditional Japanese Cuisine Western Cuisine, Western cuisine, and Okinawa cuisine into dishes centered on Yamaguchi ingredients such as meat, fish, and vegetables. We also have a selection of sake and wine that go well with the food, and we hope to be a restaurant that will satisfy those who drink alcohol.
