こちらは養殖場併設のお食事処で、
目の前に広がる海を眺めながら、
車エビをはじめ、アワビやサザエなど、
新鮮な海鮮が食べられます
活きた車エビのおどりは、
尾が動くほど新鮮で、
透き通った肉厚の身はプリップリ♡
とっても甘かった
身の部分を食べ終わったら尻尾と頭を素揚げにしてもらえますが、
殻のままなのでちょっとかたいかも
塩焼きは、
車エビ本来の旨味が際立っていたし、
大きくて食べ応えがありました
海鮮盛り合わせは、
海老、はまぐり、サザエ、アワビに、
きのこや野菜など盛りだくさん
特にアワビは大きくて、歯応えがすごく、
美味しかったなぁ
他にも
サラダやカルパッチョ、ウニ、玉子豆腐、茶碗蒸し、天ぷらなど、
ボリュームたっぷり
大好きな海老づくしで幸せでした
冬は渡りガニ、夏はハモなども楽しめます
