I was worried about last order, but they made me feel welcome. Just choose things that have a connection to Yamaguchi. First, have a cup of Dassai. Then, I ordered a set meal for dinner. It is not provided in bulk, but as it is made. This pace is good when you're drinking alcohol. Kawara soba has a nice crispy texture. The juiciness of the meat will be neutralized by other ingredients and will not become dull. Choshu chicken has a firm flesh that goes well with alcohol. It was refreshing and delicious. Puffer fish is common, but it has bones that make it difficult to eat. However, I still feel like when I come to Yamaguchi, it's puffer fish. I added it because I couldn't drink all the sake with just the set meal. Shiso wakame is said to be a specialty of Hagi. There were two types of Iwakuni lotus Tempura that were fried differently. The lotus root itself was thick and delicious, but I like it when the batter is crunchy, so this is a shame. In addition to solo customers like me, there were also senior couples and groups of women making a fuss. Although the space was crowded with a variety of customers, the staff made a good impression.
