山口県に出張！
なかなか訪れる機会の少ない県。楽しみです。
高松からマリンライナー、新幹線と乗り継ぎ、新山口駅に到着しました。
もうお昼時。お腹も減りました。
駅周辺でお昼ご飯を済ませることにします。
さて、何を食べようかな…。
おっ！あそこに何か派手な看板のお店があるよ！
どうやら、魚がおすすめの居酒屋さんのようです。
お昼の定食や海鮮丼なども美味しそう。
お昼はここにしましょう！
『目利きの銀次 新山口新幹線口駅前店』さん。
夕方にちょっとした打ち合わせ会議はあるのですが、この日は基本移動日。
昼間っから、ちょこっとやってしまいますか…笑
運転手のMっくんはジンジャーエール、そしてプラシュと私は失礼して生ビールをいただきます！
お昼メニューのどんぶりは4種類。
・バラチラシ
・まぐろたたきの赤鉄火丼
・とろサーモンいくら親子丼
・鯛丼
セットでうどんまたはそばが付きます。
私はまぐろ、プラシュはチラシ、Mっくんはサーモン。
全員そばのセットにしました。
あと、本日の定食がアジフライであったので、単品でアジフライをいただくことはできないか打診をしてみます。
快くオッケーをいただき、割と豪華なお昼ご飯となりました。
キンキンに冷えたビールにサクサクホクホクの揚げたてアジフライ。堪りません。
これ正解でした！
そうしていると丼のセットが到着。
それぞれ見比べてみると、他の人達のが美味しそうに見える…。
正に隣の芝生は状態です。
でも、まぐろ丼も美味しいはず。
ワサビ醤油をかけていただきます！
うんうん。
まぐろいけます。
ご飯は刺身が温まらないように冷たいご飯。
酢は強くないけど、酢飯かな？
その分、ちょっと硬めなのが残念…。
そばは小盛りですが、丼と一緒にいただけば、満足感は十分。
ちゃんと美味しいお蕎麦でした。
そういえば、山口県には瓦そばっていう名物があったな。
滞在中に是非食べてみなければ…。
いやあ、昼間っから、いい気分です(笑)
夕方の会議まで時間はあるし、ちょいとこの辺をブラブラしてみますかね…。
