Transfer from the Shinkansen to a conventional line at Shin-Yamaguchi Station. Since I had about 30 minutes to get on the next train after getting off the Shinkansen, I visited Mr. Ginji, a connoisseur, who was right outside the south exit. The lunch menu sign posted outside the store is easy to understand. Arrived around 12:40 on Saturday and was the first customer. It's probably a lunch party, but it looks fun. enviable. Today, ◼️Today's Sashimi Set Meal (¥1180) It was served in about 3 minutes after ordering. Hurry! The sashimi served in the tub looks delicious. It's powerful and visually good. Small dish are cold tofu and vermicelli salad. Miso soup comes in a large bowl. There was salmon inside. There are three types of sashimi, mainly tuna, and garnished with sweet shrimp and octopus. It's a lunch set, so it wasn't as fresh and plump, but it was good enough. I like sashimi while drinking alcohol, but I also love having sashimi with rice for lunch because it's so delicious.
