Drinking after an away defeat at "Ya-san" in front of Shin-Yamaguchi Station On Saturday, I went to Yamaguchi to watch Avispa's away game. I thought it would be close because it's the neighboring prefecture, but it was around Yuda Onsen, and it was quite far to go by car... I wish they would play in Shimonoseki... And then they lost 0-2... The hotel was near Shin-Yamaguchi Station, so I went back and went to "Ya-san" in front of the station. It was already 10pm... I had a beer. I didn't do any research and just walked into the restaurant. First of all, I ordered the signature Gyoza / Dumpling, gyoza... 6 pieces for 400 yen + tax. Huh? The staff's T-shirts say "Fukuoka Gyoza / Dumpling"... I came all the way to Yamaguchi and am eating Fukuoka cuisine... It's a bit inconsistent, just like Avispa today. Teppan-yaki red chicken is 750 yen + tax, and I'll eat it with plenty of yuzu pepper. Two chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling are 500 yen + tax. It's like this.
