I used it for dinner while waiting for the Shinkansen on my way home from a study session. Because it was so crowded, I couldn't make it in time and took the next Shinkansen back. NICK Steak (special skirt steak) served with rice. I ordered a salad as an appetizer. Salads come with unlimited refills, and large portions of rice are free. I think men should have a large portion. First up is the salad. The homemade dressing was delicious with a good balance of sourness and sweetness. Does it contain grated carrots? A yellowish orange color. It was delicious, so I almost ordered a second helping, but since I didn't eat much, I saved it. Next, Steak was a lean skirt steak with a strong flavor, and was cooked to medium-rare. The gravy is amazing. I usually eat just meat and salt, or meat and wasabi, but when I added mustard, it had the perfect sourness and sweetness, and the sweet Steak sauce with the onion was also delicious. If you eat them together, you will get addicted to them. The rice also ran out quickly. The only selfish thing I can say is that if the wasabi had been more fragrant, I think it would have been better with wasabi and rock salt.
