When you walk to the end of the street in front of Hotel Matsumasa, you will see a stylish shop on your right. I didn't have a reservation, but since I was early, they let me in! However, when I looked at the store's signboard, it said it was an "Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)". However, the "mushroom soup" that came out with the appetizer was of a very high quality, and I was surprised to find that it was not the same as that of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)! The Nijino salad also comes in two types of original dressing: Japanese and Western, and both the taste of the vegetables and the dressing are delicious (o^^o) The yellowtail fish was fluffy and delicious♪ To be honest, the pasta was not so good. The noodles are stretched and have a strong salty taste, and the seafood may have been frozen? It said that they used Karahigu noodles from Kijima Seimenjo, but the peperoncino was dried noodles. It may be wiser to specify and choose fresh pasta here. Steak was good meat, but it would be even better if you could specify the degree of doneness. Also, I think it would be better to devise a better plate. It was a shame because the meat quickly became cold and hard. But considering it's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it's pretty high quality! The mushroom soup and salad were really delicious (*´Д｀*) Next time, I'll make a reservation at a drinking party at work and try the ``Raw Sea Urchin Fresh Pasta'' which seems to be made with Kijima Seimen's Karahigu noodles. I would like to see it! It was a feast!
