やまと豚を中心にしたこだわりのとんかつ店。 |
会社の同僚と、お客さん2人と計4人で夕食利用で行きました。
山口では老舗のMIHORIグループのとんかつ一丁の姉妹店。
子供のころから通っているとんかつ一丁とついつい比べてしまう私たちですが、
満足の味でした。とんかつの豚はやまと豚と北海道産がメインで、この日は、4人ともやまと豚を注文。やっぱり美味しかったです。ヒレ肉と、ロースをそれぞれ頼み、味を比べてみました。
ヒレ肉は、さっぱりですが、食べごたえあり。火の入りぐわいはベストで、ほんのりのレア感が良かったです。そして、ロースはしっかりとした脂。ですが、全くしつこくなく脂の甘さを充分に感じられました。衣はしっかり脂も切れていてサックサク。
今回は、仕事終わりに同僚とお客さんの4人でしたが、次回は家族と行きたいです。
