防府の夜 : Sakura Chaya Shigi

The main event at night is Karaoke. An amazing thing happened just now. It was almost 10pm when the temperature was finally starting to drop, and when my second son opened the front door to go for a walk with the dog, a cicada was inside the room. I went for a walk without kicking it out, and I closed the living room and was shaking ((;ﾟДﾟ)) The cicada that had been flying around the indoor light became quiet on the wall, and when my second son came home, he grabbed it with his bare hands and released it outside. …. Awesome…. What should I do in times like this when I live alone? The story was so shocking that it had nothing to do with it, but...Oh yeah, it's Hofu! First, I entered a place that looked like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I said that I wanted to go to Karaoke, but I also said that I didn't particularly want to eat at night, but suddenly I was asked to go after 7pm. So, this shop is near Karaoke. It's also near Isshin Tasuke, which I went to earlier. The appearance and atmosphere are also very nice. It was spacious inside, but it wasn't a horigotatsu-style tatami room, so I sat at a table near the front because my knees hurt. The menu is quite extensive. As expected, there are a lot of fish. I envy prefectures that are close to the sea. Carpaccio → Carpaccio but with lots of vegetables. Seafood salad style. By the way, fish carpaccio originated in Japan and is said to be from La Bettola da Ochiai. I really want to go there at least once, but I don't have a chance to go. The sashimi was delicious. Winnie the Pooh fried egg → What does this mean? When I asked about it, I was told that it was a sweet egg roll made just for Pooh, who loves honey. There are factions when it comes to tamagoyaki. I think this is as deeply rooted as the factions on whether you can eat rice with sashimi, the factions on whether you can eat rice with stew, and the factions on whether you should use mayonnaise in hiyashi chuka or Okonomiyaki. Both sashimi and stew don't have rice, and Okonomiyaki and hiyashi chuka don't require mayonnaise, but tamagoyaki does have both. However, for some reason, sweet tamagoyaki tends to be frowned upon by salt lovers. It's delicious though! This is also mom's taste. Fried Skewers → Most of the contents are Seafood. Shrimp, scallops, white fish, etc. It's crispy fried and delicious. I also ordered pork fried rice to eat some carbs. It contains pork with a strong flavor reminiscent of tuna braised pork, and the fried rice itself is crunchy and delicious. However, it would be difficult to share it among three people and eat each with chopsticks. Although the restaurant was chosen on a whim, it was quite good. Originally, the main thing I do at night is to talk, and I don't really request food myself, but I'm still happy when it's delicious. During the day, there are really only Aeon and Lursus, but at night there are quite a few nice shops.
