2020年11月23日に訪問しました。
この旅、最後のご飯となります。
少し早めの夕ご飯・・・時間は15時過ぎです。
瓦そばは全国的にも有名ですが、元祖瓦そばのお店がこちらになります。
通し営業ですが、お客さんの待ちは続きます。
我々も20分程度待って店内に。
店内もテーブルを開けソーシャルでスタンスが確保されています。
今回頂いたのは、元祖瓦そば2人前とうなめしがセットになったもの。
どちらも食べたいと思っていたのでこれは嬉しい組み合わせです。
熱々の瓦の上で茶そばが焼けて、
下はパリパリに上はそば本来の旨味を堪能できます。
そのままいただき、その後ピリ辛のもみじおろし、
レモンを絞っていただきます。味の変化が絶妙です。
海苔の下に隠れていますがお肉もたっぷり、
肉と麺とつゆの絶妙な味わいを楽しめます。
美味しい瓦そばです。
更にうなめし、最初にそのままいただき、
2杯目は茶漬けにしていただきます。
こちらも美味しい。ボリュームあるなあと思っていましたが、
2人共ぺろりと頂きました。
旅の最後に美味しい瓦そばとうなめしを堪能しました。
一路新下関駅へも戻ります。
楽しい時間はあっという間に過ぎ去りますね。
