熱々に熱せられた瓦の上に
京都の宇治抹茶を練りこんだ
風味豊かな茶蕎麦を盛り付け
具材は、牛肉、錦糸卵、海苔
もみじおろし、レモン、ねぎ
鰹と昆布でとった甘めダシに
具材とパリパリの蕎麦を付けて
いただきます。
牛肉も錦糸卵も少し甘めで
ダシは温かいものになってます。
これは家庭でもホットプレートや
フライパンで作れそうですね◎
※石焼鍋でもよさそうだな…
