車を乗り換えたので久々に山口県へドライブに。昔食べた瓦そばが忘れられず、久々にたかせさんへ。なんかお店がデカくなってますね。いざ瓦そばを実食。茶蕎麦がカリッとしていて美味いですねぇ。肉と一緒にタレへつけて口へダイブすると、口の中で混ざり合って、「うんまぁ」ってなる。満足しました。また山口県来ることがあれば寄りますね。
