やはりここのが一番美味しいと思います。
ここに来たら、二代名物、
瓦そばと、うなめしを必ず頼みます。
瓦の上でじゅうじゅうに焼かれたそばは、
パリパリの焦げ目が香ばしく、
牛肉、錦糸卵、レモン、もみじおろしと合わせて食べると、最高に美味しい！
うなめしは、まずはそのまま、
次に薬味をのせて、
半分くらい食べたら、お出汁をかけて、
出汁茶漬けに。
いろんな食べ方を楽しめるのも魅力です。
