何度か伺っていますが、常に新しい取り組みをされていて感心します。
特に食材については珍しいと言うか、普段食べる事の無い食材に驚かされます。（さりげないトッピングで使われている所も素敵です。）
お店のロケーションも素晴らしいと思います。（お店の混雑状況にもよりますが・・・・）
昼、夜共に本当に美味しい料理を食べれますが、金額がある程度いきますので、まずランチに行かれてお店の雰囲気を感じ取られる事をお勧めします。
サービスに関しても、様々な質問にも丁寧にお答え頂けますし、料理の提供のタイミングも絶妙です。 山口にいながらにして、都会レベルの味が格安で食べれるお店だと思います
