ひれ酒も付くということです。
煮凝り、ふくがたっぷり入ってます。
生臭くなくプルップルです。
ふく刺しは一人分での提供なので
何だか寂しい感じですが、
確かにふくです。
烏賊は3人で一匹での提供です。
活きた状態での提供です。
目が合うと怖いです。
足がうねうねしています。
もちろん、身はしこしこで甘くて
美味しいです。
その後、ゲソを天麩羅にして
天麩羅盛り合わせにして
提供です。
これがまたサックサクで
良かったです。
くじらの刺し身自体は個人的には
あまり好きではないですが、
新鮮なのか苦にならず頂けてました。
鶏の炭火焼き、手毬寿司、浅利の吸い物と
続きます。
何れも美味しく頂けました。
このお値段でこの満足度は半端ないです。
一つ残念なのは、ひれ酒を
注文しなかったことです。
それを差し引いても大満足です。
