下関の夜。ずーっと気になっていたけどフラレ続けた大衆酒場「三枡」さんに行ってきました。
こちらのお店は吉田類さんの酒場放浪記にも登場しています。15:00開店なので、仕事終わりだと予約しないと満席の可能性が高いのです。
下関駅のすぐ近くなのですが、まず入るまでに若干の勇気が必要細い横丁の突き当たりにドアがあるのですが、その更に先にお店の入口があります。
カウンター席とお座敷がいくつか。手前のカウンターに座ったのですが奥の様子がわかりませんでした。
お品書きは黒板のみ。後から見ることができるよう、すぐに撮影します。
生ビールで乾杯して、まずはこちらのお店の名物フクせごし(1100円)を。月日貝(880円)、山芋唐揚げ(550円)も注文。
せごしはここ以外では聞いたことがないんだけど、骨ごとぶつ切りにしたものです。普通のお刺身よりフク食べてます感が強くなります✨
月日貝は聞いたこともなかったんだけど、見た目はベビー帆立みたいな感じだけど、味は全然違いました。繊維感があって、これは日本酒に合う！
山芋の唐揚げは柚子胡椒が添えられていて、これまたピッタリ。
途中から日本酒にスイッチしました。お酒のメニューは無くて、カウンター前(お隣さんの前)にお酒の瓶が並んでいて、そこから選ぶスタイル。最初は「貴(宇部市)」、次は「雁木(岩国市)」と山口県のお酒をいただきました。
もっとあれこれ食べたかったのに、2人とも生ビールでお腹が膨れてしまいまして…それでも、フク唐揚げ(1210円)は追加。やっぱりフクは唐揚げよねー。
雰囲気もわかったし、これなら1人でも来れそうな気がする次はお腹すかせて、フク雑炊を食べるぞー！！
