週末に下関に旅行に出かけた際、ホテルや駅周辺にほとんどお店がなく、このお店の口コミや写真を見て行ってみることになりました。土曜日なので混んでいるかなと思い、念のため事前に電話で確認したところ、とても感じよく応対していただき、到着すると見た目ちょっと気合の入ったかんじの愛想のよいお兄さんに二階のお座敷（仕切り有り）に案内されました。メニューは地元産の野菜や魚介、お肉を中心に焼き物揚げ物サラダ等、かなり豊富。トマトとアスパラのサラダ、めんぼ（カワハギ）のお刺身やオコゼのから揚げなど、どれも比較的リーズナブルな値段設定で、新鮮な素材を使ってあり美味しかったです。地元とは関係ないですが、九州が近いせいか馬刺しメニューが充実していて、今まで食べた中で一番美味でした（広島にはあってもカナダ産だったり凍っていたりするので）。結構混んでる中ビールのお代わりを頼んでも毎回10～20秒くらいで出てきて、前夜さかな市場で15分くらい待たされた後だったので嬉しい驚きでした。地元の常連らしいお客が多く見られましたが、スタッフの方には常に笑顔で応対していただき、快適に飲み食いできました。ありがとうございます。
