We are proud of our Kuroge Wagyu beef ribs, carefully selected based on the top A4 grade! We purchase our Wagyu beef from an affiliated company that operates an integrated system from production to processing. We also recommend our specialty Cow tongue, which is hand-cut in-store. The matured soy sauce sauce, filled with the passion of our craftsmen, has a rich and balanced flavor that is perfectly matched with the Yakiniku (Grilled meat). We use rice that goes well with yakiniku, in collaboration with Hachidaime Gibe, a long-established rice store in Kyoto. You can enjoy our premium blended Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which is made with great care in terms of quality, polishing, and cooking!
