ランチにて刺身盛り合わせミニ定食 1,100円を頂きました。
この日の刺身はフエフキダイ(上、あっさり)ヒラマサ(左、ねっとり味も濃い)ヒラメ(右、あまーい)でした。
鮮度の良いお刺身で甘めの醤油につけて炊き立てご飯と食べるとそれは美味。魚の出汁がしっかり出たお味噌汁も美味しいです。
日替わり定食は低価格で種類も豊富です。
(地元の方に教えていただいて以来、萩に行く際には利用頻度高めです)
非常にコスパの良いお店だと思います。
