萩で美味しい魚を食べたい。旅に出たからちょっとリッチにお食事をしたい。
創業49年、地元の支持率が高いお店として、萩沖の新鮮な天然萩魚を3代目板長がお客様のために調理いたします。萩の魚を堪能したいという方、ちょっとリッチにお食事をというお客様は是非ともご来店ください。 テレビ取材や雑誌の掲載なども多く、たくさんの方のご指示をいただいております。 |
萩観光のランチとして通りがかりに見つけたお店。
外観から、突撃訪問できるお店とは違って少し堅苦しそうなイメージを受けたので、店の外から「今から伺ってもお席はありますか？」と電話で確認。
45分後なら大丈夫とのお返事だったので、ちょうど近くにある、行ってみたかった「萩反射炉」を見学をして戻ってくることに。お店から反射炉まで車で5分です。
時間になり戻って入店。
その日のメニューは選択肢がなく、大将にいわれるままに、お任せコースでお願いしました。
結果オーライ！お魚が抜群の鮮度で、抜群に美味しい！！
これは久々この店に来るために山口旅行を計画する‥に値するかも！！とテンションがあがりました。
