夏といえば雲丹ロックフェスティバル。
それしか頭にない。
出張が早く終わり、長門市に寄ってまいりました。
長門は日本海に面した山口県の町。
イカと雲丹が名産です。
そして「バエる」とbuzzられまくられてる元乃隅稲荷神社に行きたかったのです⛩⛩⛩⛩⛩
やっと叶いました！
天気も良く壮観！の景色を見てからは、頭には雲丹しか残りません。
仙崎漁港前にある、きらくさんの雲丹。
この時期は、天然のミョウバンなしの赤ウニを食べさせてくれるとのことで一択。
クルマなのでノンアルコールビールで喉を潤して、ウニ丼を食します。
甘みが強い。
味が濃厚。
くさみがない。
見た目に派手さはないけれど、美味しい天然雲丹ですよ。
ごはんが少し多めかな。
デフォルトの卵黄のせはキャンセルしました。
値段は3,200円だったと思います。
周辺と比べてもリーズナブルです。
もう少し味が強いといいのですが、十分美味しかったです。
山口県での雲丹。
