山口県長門市JR仙崎線仙崎駅から徒歩約5分の、センザキッチンという道の駅にあるパン屋さん。
2017年10月オープンで、休日に訪れたところ、道の駅に入るのも渋滞でした。。
パン屋さんを見つけたので入ってみました(^｡^)
店内は小さめで、慣れてないからか回転が悪いなーという印象。仙崎湾で採れた海由来の天然酵母で発酵させ焼き上げるパンが特徴とのこと。
○天然酵母百姓庵の塩ロール 180円
オススメNo.1を選んでみました。塩味がけっこう強め。朝食に美味しくいただきました☆
