山口県の旅、2日目は長門湯本温泉に泊まりました。
掛け流しのお宿で探して界さんに。
早めのチェックインだったので、最初の組みで食事開始（たぶん2部制？）。早くから飲み始めてのんびりと楽しみました。どの料理も和食のペースはしっかりと美味しく、洋食の技が随所に光る感じでオシャンティーです。
また、料理については何を聞いても答えてくれるので、スゴいなぁと感心しました。笑顔には笑顔で、暖かい接客で楽しく過ごせますよ！
