This is my fourth visit. I tried the soy sauce version, but the chicken broth? Potage soup is the best at this restaurant. It goes well with the thin noodles, has just the right viscosity, and a light aftertaste. It's soothing even on a hot day when you want to eat junk food.

This is the ramen Ramen I always go to for lunch when I'm in Ube Shinkawa. There aren't many seats, but it's spacious so you can eat at your leisure, which is a great advantage. The staff are young and pretty, so there are many female customers, and it's clean, delicious, and very helpful. Today, I was expecting a vegetable Ramen, tanmen-style, to change things up, but it's a treasure trove of stylish fried vegetables. It's more like Soup Curry topping than Ramen. The soup is as elegant as ever, so it goes well with the fried vegetables, but perhaps it was a little too elegant.

同僚が2週間図っとランチで通ったというこちらには初来訪ですが、
期待心満々でのれんくぐると、カウンターのみのシンプルな店内は
L字型というか多角形的な一枚カウンターがあり、女性スタッフが
忙しくサーブしていて活気があって気分が良い。
ウェイテイングはカウンターのかなり後ろで待つスタイルです。
今回頂いたのは鶏白湯で予想通りポタージュのよう。
滋養のある複雑な味です。が、やはり仕事の後はパンチがあるのが良いかな。

Here we go again, this time for lunch at work in the Ube-Shinkawa area. Ramen Yutaka III Today's menu includes a new item, tantanmen (noodles in a soup). Gyoza / Dumpling The soup is based on a thick broth, and as expected, it is rich and tasty. The sesame seeds taste good, the spiciness is moderate and well-balanced, and the bok choy and sweet and spicy meat paste are perfect with the broth. I wonder if this is a winter menu item, but I would love to see it on the regular menu.
