I called and made a reservation on Saturday. 6 counter seats, 10 table seats, 20 horigotatsu seats, and it was already full 15 minutes after opening. The fish dishes using "aged fish", which is seasonal fish that is left to rest for about a week, seem to be the best, and I had the sashimi ¥1,419 and the kabuto-yaki with aged Akoukama (¥1,089), and it was certainly rich, sticky, and rich. Texture. Kabutoyaki had a plump texture that resembled chicken thighs. Seasonal Seafood Chazuke (¥759) is worth paying a little more for, but I wish they had the dashi soup chazuke. All the staff were very nice, so I was able to enjoy my time here.
