徳山駅周辺で検索すると2位に出てくるお店です。
数年気になっていましたが、18時くらいまでの営業なので
なかなか伺う事ができませんでした。
この日はチャンスがあったので夕方訪問しました。
夕食にはかなり早い時間でしたので私一人。
玉子中華そばを注文。確か600円税込。
安い。
注文時大将が
「卵って言っても茹でたのじゃなくて」と言ってくださり
あー、生卵を落とすタイプかと思いました。
どちらにしても好きなので、玉子入りでお願いしました。
かなり早く出てきてびっくりしましたが
麺が細麺なんですね。納得。
スープは甘味のある醤油ラーメン。
うーん、なんだか懐かしいけど
他では最近食べれない懐かしい美味しさ
王道の中華そばって感じがします。
麺も細麺で良い感じ。
玉子の卵黄を絡めて食べても美味しい。
安いし、早いし、美味しい。
最高でした。
また来れるチャンスがあるかなぁと思いながら
お店を後にしました。
