徳山駅近くで平和通近くにあります。
店内は個室が基本のようで落ち着いた雰囲気です。
また、店は何時できたのか知りませんが、綺麗です。
メニューは刺身、焼き物、揚げ物等、ジャンルは豊富ですが、
値段は徳山では若干高めの部類かもしれません。
いかの活け造り、刺身盛り合わせ、鶏の唐揚げ、エビマヨ、せせりのピリ辛炒め等を注文しました。
いかの活け造りの烏賊の種類は店員さんに聞きましたが分からないとのことで不明…
全体的に味は普通に美味しいですが、これ！というメニューはない印象。
烏賊の活け造りが看板のようですが、値段の割には大きさも小さく、盛り付けが下手でイマイチ感有り。
（盛り付けをよくすれば…と残念）
ただ、全体的に器は統一感を出していて綺麗に感じました。
雰囲気は落ち着いた雰囲気で悪くないのですが
店員さんの受け答えや配膳スピードを考えると接客レベルはかなり低めで
接待などでの利用は厳しいなという印象。
値段を考えると味・接客からコスパは低めに感じました。
静かで雰囲気は良いお店だけにもったいない。
ぜひ、店員さん教育に期待。
