徳山駅周辺の飲み屋さんではちょっと高級っぽい一店。
当然、一人で入るのを敬遠してきました。
しかし、コロナ禍、頑張って営業されているお店の応援もしたい。
そんな思いも込めての入店です。
一人なのに、「個室にしますか？ カウンターでも宜しいですか？」と。
当然、「カウンターで」。
飲む気はなかったのに？？？取り合えず生ビールをグビリ♪
追加注文は控えて、「天ぷら膳」が出来上がるのを待ちます。
ご飯は「小」にして選べる小皿は「とろろ」に。
言って後悔。こんなところで出されるとろろは業務用で味も素っ気もないのが相場。
案の定。
タップリのサラダが嬉しい。
ちょっぴりだがデザートも付いていた。
天ぷらはカリっと上がっていて板さんの腕を感じさせます。
しかし、えび天が・・・・。
余りにプリプリしすぎ、きっとリン酸塩など(pH調整剤). を使っているタイプなんでしょうね。
残念。
