土日で、山口県の周南市へ出張。
仕事を終え、取引先の方が予約してくれていたコチラのお店へ行ってきました。
扉を開けると、カウンターのところの釜におでんが、たくさん入っており、見た目とにおいで食欲をそそります。人数も多かったので、エレベーターで3階に案内され広間のようなところで、いただきました。
サービス係りの女性2人とも、アジア系の人でした。
今回は飲み放題の5000円のコース。
まず、2つ小鉢が提供されました。
一つは、ひじき。
もう一つには、くじらが。
久しぶりに食べたクジラは、柔らかく弾力もあり旨い。
あとは、
刺身の盛り合わせ。
おでん。
雑炊。

メインのおでんは、アッサリしたお出汁ですがしっかりと味が染み込んでおり、どのネタも平均以上のものと思いましたが、コスパが少し悪く感じるコース内容でした…。
