Food Authentic Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with Choshu chicken from Yamaguchi Prefecture!
Nishino uses Choshu chicken procured from Fukagawa Poultry Farm in Nagato, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Choshu chicken, which is raised using five types of herbs, is characterized by its "no odor and tenderness." The Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is cut into large pieces, skewered, and grilled with high-temperature far-infrared rays to create a crispy outside and juicy inside, making it extremely satisfying to eat. Enjoy with Nishino's original sauce made to go with the skewers and carefully selected Niigata brand salt.

Nishino's specialty, robatayaki, uses seafood caught at the nearby Tokuyama fishing port, and vegetables from Yamaguchi Prefecture and neighboring Hiroshima. This is because Nishino has established roots in Yamaguchi Prefecture, as well as in the Chugoku and Kyushu regions, and is committed not only to achieving its goal of "local production for local consumption," but also to the freshness of its ingredients.

At Nishino, we recommend our freshly squeezed sour drinks, made in-house. We use a slow juicer to squeeze the fruit with the skin on, allowing the flavor of the fruit to be fully absorbed into the drink. We also have Japanese sake and shochu that are prepared to go with the dishes, so please feel free to order them. We change our stock according to the season, so please feel free to ask our staff if there is a brand that interests you!

Yakitori Robata Nishino, which opened a 5-minute walk from Tokuyama Station, can accommodate up to 54 guests. We have counter seats for 1-2 people, partitioned tables that can seat 2-12 people, and sunken kotatsu tables that can seat 10-30 people at the same time. We can flexibly accommodate reserved for the entire restaurant or reserved an area, so please feel free to contact us.
