初めて迎える岩国の夜。米軍基地があるため、アメリカ人が多く、その家族も含めるとかなりの数の外国人ではないですか？そのためか、にほんじんきゃくのいないオープンエアーのバーも多く日本の街ではなく、東南アジアのビーチリゾートに来ている錯覚すら感じます。
その中で大きなネオンサインがある大きなお寿司屋さん「づぼら寿司」さんでお世話になります。
店内には大きな水槽があり、旬の魚が泳いでいます。
メニューを、みると寿司や海鮮以外に炉端メニューもありますが、結構お高め。
名物の「ジェイドオイスター」だけは、食べてみようと思い「ビール」と一緒に注文。名物というだけあってこの「ジェイドオイスター」は美味い。牡蠣の身に何を和えているのか、全くわかりませんが、肴にはピッタリ。味は違いますが「かにみそ」のよう。
気に入ってしまい「ビール」の次は「日本酒の冷酒」を注文してしまう始末。
「刺身盛り」も頼みましたが、7種類ほどの刺身がのる豪華版。「冷酒」にもピッタリ。
〆には、「寿司盛り（並）」を注文。たまには、回らない寿司もいいですね。
コスパはもう一つですが、入りやすい寿司屋さんでした。
