山口県岩国市の『割烹 福源』。
お品書きがなく、店員さんが「ランチは日替わり・
天丼・海鮮丼・刺身定食です」と口頭で伝えてきた
ので「海鮮丼の価格は いくらですか？」と尋ねると
「1300円です」とサラリと即答。
納得できる価格だったので それを注文しましたが、
できれば お品書きの写真を見ながら、いや、せめて
それぞれの価格も考慮しながら 決めたかったなぁ。

若干の不安を抱えながら待っていだけど、提供された
海鮮丼は 充分に満足できる .... いや、ビックリする
ほど豪華な仕上がりでした♪
タイ・ヒラメ(？)・カンパチ(背・腹)・イカ・タコ・
イクラなど、盛られている海鮮は 10種類以上！
臭みのないウニや、旨みは少し抜けているとは言え
カニ足まで乗っています♪
お吸い物やミニサラダだけでなく茶碗蒸しまで付いている
事にも驚かされましたが、どれも味付けが強すぎです。

とは言え 海鮮ダネは納得できる仕上がりだったし、
この価格では申し訳ないと思うほどの内容でした。
