昔ながらの味を守る落ち着いた雰囲気の名店

山梨県甲府市太田町にある寿司屋、明治43年(1910年)創業という100年以上の歴史がある老舗。
現在4代目になるとのこと。
甲州寿司のお店を調べると必ずと言っていいほど名前が出てくる有名店なので、気になり今回初訪問。

サイズが大きいので食べやすく切ってあるのも嬉しいところ。
味噌汁と食後のコーヒーも付いてきました。
