PR for restaurants |
Yamanashi is one of the leading tuna-consuming prefectures in Japan! It's a prefecture that loves Sushi! This restaurant is supported by local customers and fans!
Sushi from landlocked Yamanashi! Perhaps it's the nature of the prefecture surrounded by mountains that makes the people say "Sushi is a delicacy!" That's why they make products without compromise, an |
An inconspicuous Sushi shop on the second floor of a building on Kofu Station Street. Although I was aware of it, I became a regular at Tokyo Sushi and had not had the opportunity to visit it until now. After 1 p.m., I went up the stairs and opened the door. The seats are vacant, but they can't seem to keep up with the cleanup after the crowds, and they are fluttering. There are about 8 seats at the counter and about 5 table seats. Western-style table. The general cooks at the counter, and three staff members wearing caps are in a Western-style style. The lunch menu is basically 1,100 yen. On weekdays only, there are also 9 types of rice bowls and udon noodles for 968 yen. Be prepared for a deficit, and there is a Seafood Bowl 2,200 yen. This is worrisome. Since it was my first time, I ordered the usual 1,100 yen Ekiwaka lunch bowl. Since the general is alone, I waited for a while and arrived at the bowl. Hmm! It's a big story. Tuna, salmon, white meat, conger eel, shrimp, negitoro, etc. In particular, salmon and white meat are thick and large enough. It's a shame to eat it in one bite. The omelet is also big and satisfying. I don't think I need to have a radish knob. It feels like a large sashimi set meal on top of a bowl. It's not Koshu sushi with a sweet sauce. In a large bowl, there is a smoker with wakame seaweed and ara. Tokyo Sushi's Seafood Bowl special serving has a wide variety and is cost-effective, but this is classic Seafood Bowl. You will be able to distinguish between them. With this content, it's no wonder it's thriving. In fact, it was a good store and I was satisfied with the harvest. It was a treat.
