甲府って、ワイン以外何が名物なんだろう? と思いつつ飲み屋を探して駅前を散策してると、元祖「鳥もつ煮」発祥の店、と書かれている店が。
まずは名物の「甲府鳥もつ煮」を。これが素朴な味わいながらスゴくうまい。臭みも全くなし。丁寧に下処理がされているに違いない。これご飯に乗っけたら美味いだろうなぁと思ったらメニューにあった「鳥もつ丼」次回は昼に食べに来たい。
