For some reason I'm in Yamanashi Prefecture tonight. First of all, let's have a toast with some draft beer♪ The appetizer is shellfish. It's delicious, but it doesn't last long until the next snack comes out. ●Shark cartilage plum It's plum crystal (lol) I love it so I order it. As long as you have this, you can drink as many glasses as you want ♡ ●Brown mozzarella cheese I don't really like it, but my companion seems to like it. I thought the black stuff was caviar, but it turned out to be pepper. However, it might be the best I've ever eaten. ●Takowasa A well-known side dish. The wasabi was delicious and the octopus was crunchy and delicious. ●Dashi soup omelette is rare. It was fluffy. Actually, I don't really like omelets or eggs wrapped in dashi soup...I like Omelette Rice (lol), but the taste is delicious. ●Fried Oyster! Victory! ! Super delicious ♡♡♡ The batter is crispy. The meat is succulent and the way it is fried is exquisite.
