Ko Izumi is a creative Japanese-style meal course restaurant based on earthenware pot rice and seasonal charcoal-grilled dishes.

I thought it was a Sushi course, but I was surprised to see a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, starting with dashi soup and including bruschetta and sorbet. They were very particular about the utensils and the way they were served, and I enjoyed many of the dishes as if it was my first time trying them. All the flavors were delicious, but the Seafood dishes were definitely the best. There were many types of alcohol, and I felt that they were well-informed. The owner is young, so I'm looking forward to the future of this store.
