甲府2泊目の夜訪問。
お客も多く活気があっていいね。安いからか学生さんの割合高いような気がする。
ここではまずレモンサワーか。
あと、鶏たたき2種、肉豆冨（白）を注文。
鶏たたきが運ばれて来た。
んー、盛りがいいねー。メニューより量が多いんじゃない。
あれ、よく見ると鶏たたきが、なんとも生っぽい。心配になったので店員さんを呼び、「これって生っぽいけどこんなもんですか？」って聞いたら、「鶏モモだからこんなもんです」だって。
店員さんを信じ食すが、生っぽいからなかなか噛みちぎれない。
味は美味かった。鶏刺しと思えばなんてことない。
次回来ることがあれば、また注文しよう。
肉豆冨は定番の美味さ。これが人気なのはよく分かる。
出汁がうまいし、煮卵の黄身のトロっとした具合いが絶妙、肉にも味が滲みてるし。
これじゃレモンサワーが進むね。
4杯ほど飲んで3000円しなかった。激安ですね。
懐にも優しい店でした。
